Easy Bodybuilding Meal: Tandoori Ground Chicken

Here’s a quick and easy, delicious and nutritious, Indian-inspired Ground Tandoori Chicken recipe! High in protein, and almost no carbs or fat! Very good when cutting and you still wanna eat something with flavor! All you need is:

Ground Chicken (I used about 220g in the video)
Fat-Free Plain Yogurt
Lemon Juice
Salt
Black Pepper
Cumin
Cinnamon
Cayenne Pepper
Allspice
Garlic Powder
Gochujiang (Korean Pepper Paste) *This is optional depending on how spicy you want it!
