    Wow, SO easy. NO ROLLING PIN! Which I hate for some reason. I just baked
    it, but I added too much oil :(

    Loved your chat with Jim Kunstler, so I came here. The way you dress
    is…eccentric, but this recipe is amazing and so much easier than Alton
    Brown’s method using a pasta machine, even though they take forever to bake
    due to all the water.

    beautiful and wonderful. thank you. i got tired of buying small boxes of
    expensive crackers at the store. we already have all this stuff at home. I
    will try without the silicone mat but it does seem to be the right tool for
    the job (especially at the lower temps you are using – I would be afraid to
    get anywhere near 400 degrees with those things).
