Food Ingredients:
5 lbs. ground meat 2 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt 2 1/2 teaspoons mustard seed 2 1/2 teaspoons coarse pepper 2 1/2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke 5 tablespoons Mortons Quick Tender Cure
Recipe preparation:
1 Mix well and let stand refrigerated for 3 days in sealed container. Knead everyday for 5 minutes. Bake for 9 hours at 160 degrees. Turn over at 4 1/2 hours. Bake on a cookie sheet. Drain on paper towels when through.
