Does anyone know if i can use this Turkey rub all over my wife’s rear end?
    And then inject??

  10. Nashu Zulu

I noticed that they injected the bird with marinade so there must not be a
need to brine it, right? If there is no need for brining, does the fried
    turkey still come out tender?

180 internal temp is way too high. pull out at 155 and let it rest. the
temperature rises to 165 by itself and it will be much juicier
