Ingredients: serves 6

6 scoops vanilla ice cream (or any flavor you wish)
1 cup cornflake crumbs
2 eggs
vege oil for frying

    I haven’t made these in a while, but I remember it being a whole lot easier
    to taking two loafs of break, cutting off the crusts, putting a thing of
    ice cream in the middle of one loaf, and then putting the other loaf on top
    of it and then squishy the edges so it completely surrounds the ice cream.
    Oh, and then you can dip it in eggs to give it extra sticking power.

    I mean, this method seems a whole lot easier than the whole taking it out
    and putting it back in the fridge lol.

    Seriously, it’s really quite delicious.

    Just be sure to “try” your first one from someone that truly knows how to
    make it “or” better yet visit a local restaurant that specializes in the
    preparation of “Fried Ice Cream”.

    Because sometimes people attempt to make Fried Ice Cream…and it usually
    falls short of the FLAVOR & TEXTURE.

    Back in the day a restaurant called “Chi Chi’s” was well-known for their
    Fried Ice Cream.
    It was served on a crispy sugar-cinnamon tortilla, surrounded with berry
    puree (sauce) & assorted fresh berries, then they topped it with whipped
    topping, then drizzled it with a delicate amount of warm Vanilla Honey.

    This DESSERT was so freakin’ delicious!!!

    When I took my first bite of that crunchy ice cream (Fried Ice Cream)…it
    was like nothing I’d ever had.

    The “crunchy crust” that surrounds the premium quality ice cream had a
    unique flavor…almost reminicent of a vanilla bean & cinnamon blend.

    It didn’t taste like bread crumbs, corn flakes, etc. It had an EXCELLENT
    flavor…and the texture was PERFECT.

    I’m not sure how they made theirs, but it was extremely good!

    So, please don’t be put off by the “technique”…it’s good to try new &
    different things. Sometimes, something may SOUND weird or GROSS to us, but
    it may be sort of DELICIOUS, afterall! :-D

    I am searching for a recipe of friend ice cream I ate in boutique
    restaurant. The most amazing The icecream was wrapped in finely chopped
    apple and then it was wrapped in pastry dough and then the outside had
    chopped dry fruits. It was amazing.
    All I have seen is people do this which IMHO is not the so good. This fried
    Ice cream that I ate really holds well and the inside is really cold and
    soft. You can keep it for a while and the inside won’t melt. +Nicko’s
    Kitchen you should try to find that recipe or recreate it.
