    Listen an Italian woman 🙂 before anything u take some water, not cold,
    about 40°, u put some sugar in it and mix well, after u put the yeast in
    it, mix and let it rest till u see bubbles. it means the yeast is active
    and ready to make ur pizza wonderfull :))

    Hi Bhavana: Are you sure you didn’t make thick crust pizza instead of deep
    dish pizza. A deep dish pizza in Chicago is completely different…

    Oh that looks wonderful and easy. I was going to order some pans like that
    for my soy free vegan cheeses and now I learn that I can make thick pizza
    in them too. Amazing :)
