Cucumber Salsa

Food Ingredients:
1 cup Dairy Sour Cream cup Parsley, Snipped 1 teaspoon Cumin, Ground 2 Cucumbers, Medium * 1 cup Yogurt, Plain cup Cilantro, Fresh, Snipped teaspoon Salt

Recipe preparation:
1 * Cucumbers should be pared, seeded and coarsely shredded. 2 Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours. 3 Makes about 3 cups salsa.
