    Looks great, Jenni. Lots of protein in there with the chicken, beans, cheese. I like green chilis, peppers, and onions so I'd probably throw those in too. It's always fun to watch you cooking.

    Do you freeze the leftovers in individual portions for another day? My issue is when I make something like that, I tend to eat all of it. Even if I didn't intend to… 🙁 No self control. At all. Sigh….

    Reynolds make crock pot liners. All you have to do is throw them away when you're done, no clean up!

    That's the recipe tor chicken tortilla soup. Its so good but you add cream cheese. got to try it with cream cheese yummy.

    I don't think it is hard to clean a crockpot, just annoying when everything is hardened. I just find it easier to throw out the liner.

    Oooh this sounds good. I'd use Laughing Cow light cheese wedges instead of regular cream cheese to save a TON of calories and I'd omit the corn (starch and calories I don't need), but I am soo going to try this.
