INGREDIENTS:

1/4 lb Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 All Purpose Flour
1 Egg White
Pinch Of Salt

Oven Should Be Set At 400, and cook Crêpes for 5 minutes, or until golden brown.

    Hi there, you could find any information about it because they are not called crepes dentelles but:

    Grandes tuiles or some variant could be cigares a la creme

    I'm no cook but these are quiet similar to my country local delicacies (Malaysia) called 'Kuih Kapit'.  Some call it the 'love letters of Malaysia'.  +ByronTalbott
