Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Pasta – Video Recipe

Ingredients:

400g diced chicken breast
200ml light cooking cream
½ chopped onion
100g sliced mushrooms
1 clove minced garlic
2 chicken stock cubes
½ tsp pepper
No additional salt required
500g packet pasta of choice
1 tbs olive oil

    yeah Light cooking cream, wtf is cooking cream in AUS. use normal thickened
    cream, or Pure cream. non of this light rubbish 😀 haha i just did a
    woolworths search, Bulla do actually have a cream named Bulla thickened
    cooking light cream! Seriously.
