Corn Bread -Gluten Free
Food Ingredients:
1 egg, beaten 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon Oil 1 cup Cornmeal 1/4 cup Sugar 1/4 cup buttermilk* 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Recipe preparation:
1 Blend ingredients together until smooth. 2 Bake in a greased 6 inch pan at 425 degrees for 18-20 minutes. 3 If you don’t have buttermilk, you can use 1/2 teaspoon vinegar and milk to make 1/4 cup.
