Cold Raspberry Soup

Food Ingredients:
3 pkgs. frozen raspberries

Recipe preparation:
1 Run these through a blender and then add the juice of one lemon and 2 cups of heavy cream. You can force mixture through a sieve to remove seeds, or serve as made. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Chill and serve cold (with whipped cream or sour cream, as desired). 2 The same recipe can be used for apricot soup, but add cinnamon and nutmeg. Dried apricots can be used if they are soaked in hot water for at least 1/2 hour.
