Cilantro Sauce
Food Ingredients:
2 bunches of fresh cilantro, chopped 10 cloves of garlic, rough chopped 4 jalapenos, rough chopped 1 large sweet onion, rough chopped 1 teaspoon coarse salt 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper 1 teaspoon Liquid smoke 1 cup olive oil 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup water
Recipe preparation:
1 Place onion and garlic into your food processor and blend until smooth. 2 Add the cilantro, a little at a time. 3 Now you can add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. 4 You can make this sauce as hot or as mild as you please by changing your peppers, seeding them or whatever pleases you. 5 I think the sauce is best after a few days getting happy in the fridge.
