    Hi there,
    I have a question here.
I made this pancake a few days ago, then I let it set in the fridge for a couple hours.
But when I'm about to eat it, why does the crepe pancake is not soft ?
It's tend to thick and hard to chew.
Is it because there is no butter there ?
    Really appreciate your advise, Thanks!

This is similar concept to the Smith Island Cake (Smith island Maryland), though the Smith island cake uses regular cake batter. (see Youtube clips.) Each thin layer is baked individually, then assembled.
