Chocolate Caramel Apple Crumble

Food Ingredients:
4 • large apples (I used 2 Fiji and 2 Golden Delicious) •cinnamon •nutmeg •sweetened cocoa powder 8 • caramels •Salt •vanilla CRUMBLE 1 stick COLD butter 1 cup • oatmeal 3 tablespoons • brown sugar 2 tablespoons • regular sugar 1/2 cup • sweetened coconut

Recipe preparation:
1 Cut the apples into bit size pieces and place in a bowl. 2 Sprinkle with desired amount of cinnamon, nutmeg, and about 3 heaping tablespoons of cocoa powder. 3 Stir together with a bit of water and 1/4 tsp vanilla to make a paste that covers the apples. 4 Add 1/4 tsp. of salt and stir to combine. 5 Distribute apples evenly among your ramekins. 6 Cut up the caramels and put 8 pieces in each dish. 7 CRUMBLE 8 In a bowl, combine oatmeal, sugars, and coconut together. 9 Cut butter into cubes and add to mixture 10 With your hands, mash the contents together until its mixted. 11 Crumble on top of the apples. 12 Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes and check tenderness of the apples with a knife. If it pokes through, then it’s ready. If still tuff, turn off oven and let them sit in there for another 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
