Chicken Strips
Food Ingredients:
2 Skinless boneless chicken breasts, (2 to 4) 2 tablespoons Soy sauce 2 teaspoons Honey or 1tbsp tomato ketchup and 1tsp
Recipe preparation:
1 Cut the chicken pieces into strips. Mix the soy sauce, honey or tomato ketchup and sesame seed oil in a food bag or bowl. 2 Add the chicken. Chill for half an hour or so, then grill or pan fry for 5 minutes each side. Cool. Eat with fingers.
