Chicken Penne Pesto – NoRecipeRequired

Chicken and Penne go really well together. Penne and Pesto go really well together. Why not a recipe for Chicken Penne Pesto? That’s exactly what I show you how to make here, it is one of my favorites and I’m sure it will be one of yours too.

This is a really easy pasta recipe to make, as there is little cooking involved. The pesto recipe will only take about 15 minutes (although I make large batches so generally have some I can just take out of the freezer). You can saute a chicken breast in 8 minutes, and the penne pasta will take about the same time.

The key cooking techniques is putting the ingredients together and getting the right balance and seasoning…which is exactly what I show you how to do in the recipe video.

    Hello Dave love the upload. Dave what exactly did you mean when you said
    once done boiling it in hot water your gonna remove it strain it and run it
    under ice cold water to really set that bright green color? Can you expound
    on that please. Not sure if you were referring to the basil or the liquid?

    In italy if you cook basil you will be sentenced to jail. If you put
    chicken with pesto (or in any other pasta dish) you will be sentenced to
    death penalty.
