Chicken Curry In A Hurry

Food Ingredients:
1/2 medium of chicken, skinless and cut into pieces 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 large onion, chopped 3 teaspoons curry powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoons ginger powder 2 teaspoons ground coriander 1 teaspoon saffron 1 teaspoon garam masala Salt, pepper to taste small bunch of coriander, chopped 100 ml water 400 ml coconut milk 4 tablespoons vegetable oil Juice from the 1/2 of a lemon

Recipe preparation:
1 In a large saucepan heat up oil and add onion, sauté for a few minutes then add garlic and all spices, continue to sauté until they start to smell fragrant. 2 Add chopped chicken, water, salt and pepper. Bring it to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Pour in coconut milk, lemon juice and chopped coriander; put a lid on the saucepan and cook for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
