Chicken Bombay

Food Ingredients:
1 cup margarine 1 cup prepared mustard 1 cup liquid honey 1 teaspoon seasoned salt 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon curry powder 1 teaspoon pepper 3 pounds chicken pieces, bone-in, skin removed

Recipe preparation:
1 Mix first 9 ingredients in small saucepan. Heat and stir to liquefy. 2 Roll each part of chicken in sauce. Place in a single layer in 9×13 inch pan. Bake, uncovered, in 375 degree oven for about 1 hour, until tender, spooning on any remaining sauce at half-time. 3 To Make ahead: Assemble early in the day or the night before. Cover. Chill. To serve, bake as above. 4 To Freeze: Melt margarine. Combine all ingredients in ziploc bag, including chicken. Remove as much air as possible from bag and label. Remove bag from freezer the day before. On cooking day, toss bag ingredients into casserole dish and bake as above. 5 Description: “This tender Chicken dish has a mild and slightly sweet curry flavour.”
