400g pasta of your choice
150g bacon loin chopped
250g cubed chicken breast
2 mushrooms thinly sliced
1 garlic clove chopped
tbsp pine nuts
good handful chopped parsley
parmesan cheese for sprinkling
3tbsp green basil pesto
150ml low fat creme fraiche
squidge of lemon juice
