John it was really good! But ‘great minds’ think alike and shrooms would
have knocked it out of the park!!I actually said out loud “COOL!” when you added the dry pasta to the sauce.
Ha ha ha! My husband looked up from his hockey game and said “What’s cool?”
On the mushroom front (I always wanted to say that) I think the recipe
looks perfect as is. I really like it and want to try this method. Big
thumbs up.No pardon required Joe!!! I was getting a few beers deep myself! Now I
wonder how this would takes with rabbit, vs. chicken???? Thank you very
