    Quick question is your skillet temperature on constant high heat or do you
    turn it down to medium heat after cooking the chicken. Going to try this

    I actually said out loud “COOL!” when you added the dry pasta to the sauce.
    Ha ha ha! My husband looked up from his hockey game and said “What’s cool?”
    On the mushroom front (I always wanted to say that) I think the recipe
    looks perfect as is. I really like it and want to try this method. Big
    thumbs up.
