Chicken and Kiwi
Food Ingredients:
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves cup white wine 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 kiwi pared & sliced 1/4 cup butter 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped rosemary 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe preparation:
1 Cook chicken breast halves in butter in a 10 inch skillet. 5 minutes on each side 2 In a small bowl, mix wine, rosemary, salt, and pepper. 3 Pour over chicken 4 Heat to boiling, reduce heat. 5 Cover and simmer for 10-15 mins or until chicken is done 6 Remove chicken, keep warm 7 Heat wine mixture to boiling. 8 Add kiwifruit, heat until warm 9 Return chicken to skillet, spoon kiwi and sauce over chicken 10 Serve
