Food Ingredients:
1 Wedge fresh pineapple 3 ounces Pineapple juice 1 ounce Coconut syrup 1 ounce Fresh lemon juice 3 ounces Vodka 1 cup Cracked ice

Recipe preparation:
1 Process fresh pineapple in a blender or electric drink mixer until smooth. 2 Add pineapple juice, coconut syrup, lemon juice, vodka, and cracked ice; blend well. Pour into two highball glasses.
