“Has to have the exact same number of holes… OR I wont sleep.” hahahaha I
am in tears right now….Cause Just before that you were saying if you
like, go ahead and punch the holes all over and cut and etc and I was
thinking.. OH NO WAY!! I gotta put the holes in each one just so or that’d
BUG me. LOL I just found your channel and I love it. Please keep doing
    what you’re doing. :)

what is up with his bizarre intonations? they really kind of get on the
nerves after a while of watching.

but other than that, he seems to do well, I would definitely try most of
    his recipes out.

I tried these they needed more time in the oven. I baked them on a dark
cookie sheet. the kids still ate all of them…as soon as they were cool.
very tasty and easy to make. Thanks Chef John!

I love these crackers, and have made them many times now. the other day I
was making some lovely 1/3 lb burgers from scratch and as I was going to
get breadcrumbs my package of cheese crackers (these ones) were just
staring me in the face. so I smashed half of my batch to add to the
hamburger mix. (fyi I also added 1-2 T ketchup, 1-2 Tworcestershire sauce,
1-2 t badia brand complete seasoning) We had them on some toasted rolls
and they were SO awesome. I think they would have been just as good with
regular breadcrumbs but I figured I wanted to try it – I dunno if they
added something to the texture but it just *worked*. having cheese crackers
instead of breadcrumbs didn’t make the meat stand out as cheesy but they
were still very moist and it was the right texture where they weren’t tough
but also weren’t so soft they fell apart. Just wanted to share
