Canning Green Beans
Food Ingredients:
1 gal. green beans 2 1/2 qts. of water 1 1/2 teaspoons Salicylic Acid 1 tablespoon salt
Recipe preparation:
1 Boil beans 20 minutes in salicylic acid. Pack in jars while HOT and seal.
