    Hey, Manahil Nadeem – You don't have to put the springform pan on a baking tray, but it makes it a lot easier to take the cake in and out of the oven. You don't have to stress about tipping it. But if you don't have one handy, go ahead and bake it anyway.

    Hi i made this recipe. It came out good, the only thing is tgat my chocolate topping came out thinker than the one you have in the video. I also have a question does the sour cream nesecesary? ?? What happens if i only use the chocolate topping without the sour cream? ??
