Cajun Texas Ribs

Food Ingredients:
2 slabs baby back, pork ribs 2 cans Classic Coke 2 Tbsps. dried minced onions 2 tsps. garlic salt or powder 2 Tbsps. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 Tbsps. molasses 1/2 cup Woody’s Cook – in sauce barbecue concentrate 2 1/2 cups of any brand barbecue sauce

Recipe preparation:
1 Place all of the ingredients in a crock pot along with the ribs. Simmer until tender. Remove cooked ribs and discard the juice. Make another batch of sauce omitting the coke. Brush over ribs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 2 HINT: Make ribs ahead in crock pot and either refrigerator or freeze until ready to serve, then make sauce and bake. Serve with garlic toast, cole slaw and beans. Delicious! Sure to steal every man’s heart. This is my own recipe after much experimentation.
