Burger Dogs
Food Ingredients:
1 Egg 2 tablespoons French’s Classic Yellow mustard 2 tablespoons Milk 1 teaspoon Onion salt 1 pound Ground beef cup Dry bread crumbs 8 Hot dog buns BBQ Sauce optional
Recipe preparation:
1 In large bowl, beat egg, mustard, milk, and onion salt with fork until well mixed. Add meat and bread crumbs. Mix until thoroughly blended. For each “dog”, form about 1/3 cup meat mixture into hot dog shape. Grill or broil for 10 minutes or until desired doneness. 2 Place each “dog” in hot dog bun. Serve with BBQ Sauce or extra mustard. 3 This recipe makes 8 burger dogs.
