Brenda’s Pork Tacos
Food Ingredients:
2 cups cooked Pork Tenderloin, cubed or shredded (mine was leftover from an 1 cup sliced onions 1 cup sliced green bell pepper 2 ripe avocados, sliced 1 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 8 Flour tortillas
Recipe preparation:
1 Saute onions and green bell pepper in 1 T canola oil until tender. Layer pork, peppers and onions and remaining ingredients evenly between tortillas, adding ingredients as desired to customize to your taste preference. Roll up and enjoy!
