How to make breakfast potatoes
Recipe
4 small russet potatoes diced
2 golden or yellow potatoes diced
1 large onion diced
1 large garlic clove minced
4 chives thinly sliced
2 pieces of thick cut bacon cut in half
salt
pepper
Directions
Cook the bacon on med heat in a large cast iron pan or heavy bottom non stick pan until crispy. remove the bacon and cut into small pieces.
Add the potatoes to the pan and cook until starting to become translucent then add the onion and the garlic and cook till translucent. add the bacon salt and pepper to taste and cook to light golden brown. add the chives and serve. Enjoy!!

It was deliciuos used diced white potatoes i mixed them in 1tbs of butter
and 1 half of a onion diced and i tps of ground pepper and about one tsp of
salt and Goya Sazonador Total 1 tbs it was amazing yumm !! And then i added
some olive oil to the pan and cooked it !
i’ve fried cubed potatoes like this before but both times, my potatoes are
still abit too hard for my liking even though they are are already golden
brown and any longer in the pan, it would be burnt. How do i cook cubed
potatoes until its soft without burning it? Oh and i also cook it on medium
low heat. I cooked it for almost half an hour and it was still hard.

It was very good, you didn’t mention how high the heat had to be. I cooked
it but the bottom of my cast iron pan burnt and the taste had a burnt
taste. Do you cook this at medium high heat or low?
lol you can use a steam ziplock bag and microwave the potatoes for a few
minutes so the potatoes will be thoroughly cooked…. :)
