Food Ingredients:
1 pound bulk sausage 4 cups bread, cut in pieces (day or two old is best) 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 10 eggs, lightly beaten 4 cups milk 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

Recipe preparation:
1 Cook and crumble sausage, drain. 2 Put bread in well buttered 9×13 baking dish. 3 Sprinkle with the cheese. 4 Combine the eggs, milk, and spices. 5 Pour over the bread and cheese. 6 Sprinkle sausage and mushrooms on top. 7 Cover and chill overnight. Remove casserole from fridge at least 30 minutes before baking. 8 Heat oven to 325*. 9 Bake, uncovered for 1 hour.
