This is a perfect way to get comfortable in the kitchen without having to worry about measuring anything or overcooking your meal. You take some stuff, heat it up, put it on top of some other stuff, melt some cheese on it, heat it more, squeeze some sauce on it and boom delicious and quick meal.

Ingredients:
2 corn tortillas
Cheese of choice
Cooked Meat/Filling of Choice
Avocado
Sauce of Choice
salt
oil of choice

1. In a pan over medium high heat add a little oil and cook/fry the tortillas on both sides. If you have enough space cook them at the same time if not do one by one.
2. Take the tortillas out and let them rest on some paper towels. Heat up your filling, whatever it may be; meat, vegetables, etc.
3. Add the filling to one side of one of the cooked tortillas and place it down on the pan. Top it with avocado an cheese and place the other cooked tortilla on top. Cook for a few minutes on that side and then flip and cook on the other side, adding oil if you really want it to get crispy. Make sure to adjust the heat if it starts to cook to fast or too slow.
4. Take pizza off, hit it with a zip (sauce), cut if you would like, and enjoy!

Stoked that you guys decided to finally make a solo channel here. As for
the technical changes, this format always works, but maybe it’d be easier
if you guys got a friend to shoot for you! Maybe have one stationary camera
set up on the whole shebang, and then get somebody to closely follow the
action.. Who needs a crew! I’ll be stickin’ around, regardless.
