Banana Nut Popsicles Recipe

http://MamaNatural.com Looking for a delicious, nutritious summer dessert? Try Banana Nut Pops, inspired by fellow YouTuber Tasya89’s. Here’s her channel: https://www.youtube.com/Tasya89

Tasya89 was inspired by our Change Your Diet, Change Your Life Series, because it features a healthy sugar substitute, raw honey!

Here’s what you need

4 small ripe bananas or 8 baby bananna
1/2 cup raw clover honey, since this is a runnier honey
1/3 cup c rushed nuts (walnuts and pecans work great)
You’ll also need a cookie sheet, parchment paper, and some kind of stick such as popsicle sticks or skewers.

Directions

Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Unpeel your bananas and put them on your sticks and set on cookie sheet.
Drizzle one side of your bananas with honey, then sprinkle on crushed nuts.
Flip your bananas and repeat honey and nut drizzle.
Freeze for 12-24 hours.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
For a different taste, you can replace your crushed nuts with shredded coconut, raw cacao nips, nutritional yeast flakes, or wheat germ.

@gladeemarie Could be but bananas can get mushy and almost melt in heat. If you put in the right container it may work.

I love this Idea, I love eating frozen Bananas..However! My Jaw dropped when you took the pit off the bottom of the banana…That thing has more potassium in it then the whole banana alone along with a tone more since its the first part of the banana made (dont quot me on it) it has most of the nutrients
Love the videos tho..Im not a Mom yet but maybe some day as I love kids, but right now Im just trying to get my life and health in check first so I can carry with no complications, or hopefully

With as many apples (organic) as you wish, peel and slice. Place in a Dutch oven or saucepan, add water, and warm on the stove on low-medium heat until soft. Place in glass blow and purée with with Emerson blender. Add raw honey or agave, let cool and enjoy!
