4 Leeks Trim, Split, Wash Well cup Nonfat Vegetarian Broth Chicken Flavor Salt And Pepper To Taste 2 teaspoons Lowfat Margarine *Note

1 *NOTE: Can delete the margarine completely. 2 Preheat the oven to 350 deg F. 3 Put the leeks in the baking dish with the cut side down. Add the broth, salt and pepper and margarine (if you are using it). Cover with foil. 4 Bakefor about 1 hr. 5 NOTES :
