Recipe ingredients and directions:
Below is a recipe for Irish Cream I’ve been working on for
a few years. Its as close as I’ve come so far.
Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 3/4 cups Irish Whiskey
4 egg whites
1 cup heavy (whipping) cream
2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
1 Tbsp. fresh instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Bottle and let
mellow in refrigerator at least one week before serving. Store in
refrigerator for up to one month.
