I recently discovered this pizza crust on Jennifer Eloff’s blog (http://low-carb-news.blogspot.com/2009/09/thin-n-crispy-pizza-crusts.html), and it quickly became my new favorite crust. What makes for a good pizza crust? Like I said in the video, it has to first taste great, and second it has be able to eaten without a fork and not be floppy. This recipe easily meets both of the requirements. If you are still on Induction, I will put an “Induction friendly” substitute recipe at the below as well. It’s good, but a little less rigid.

Just thought I’d chime in here real quick on the pizza recipes. Another
thing to try is the Josephs Pita bread, its about 5 grams of carbs and
tastes extremely well. Cooks in minutes, just a thought!

This looks good, but I have to say them egg and cheese crusts are the
freaking bomb! It’s like the best cheesy bread you could ever have without
being so heavy. When my husband tasted mine, later that night he comes to
bed saying you need to make another of them pizza’s lol I liked to died
laughing at him. Is this IF friendly?

You can make a crust out of cauliflower as well. Get the tops of the
florets and put in a food processor. Blend till just fine particles. Add
melted butter, garlic salt, and/or any Italian or other seasonings you want
in the crust. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or less (don’t let it burn), add
sauce, and toppings next then bake again till cheese is melted.

    my diet?
