Asian Noodles With Vegetables
Food Ingredients:
175 grams Chinese egg noodles 1 1/2 tablespoons Vegetable oil 1/2 Garlic clove, sliced/peeled 1/2 Chopped onion 1 Sliced carrot 1/2 Green pepper, diced 1/2 tablespoon Soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon Sesame oil 1 tablespoon Peanuts
Recipe preparation:
1 1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes. Drain well. 2 2. Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add the onion and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the pepper, and carrot and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. 3 3. Add the noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and sprinkle with the peanuts. 4 Serve.
