Asian Marinated Chicken Thighs Recipe

5 boneless chicken thighs
2 tsp minced ginger, 2 tsp of minced garlic,
1 chopped hot chili, 1/2 cup of chopped onion,
1/4 cup of chopped green onion, 1/3 cup of gojuchang,
1/2 cup of mango and juice, a pinch of salt and black pepper,
2 TBS of shaoxing wine, 1 TBS of sesame oil, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of brown sugar and mix well.
1/4 cup vegetable cooking oil

Best to serve with rice. Enjoy!!
