    I didn’t know chefs used velveeta…???

    if i let mine go for 6 hours it gets grainy. usually a full brick of cheese
    with hamburger and sausage taken from the fridge cold(assembled night
    before) is ready in the crock in under 2 hours. I do have old crock pots
    though so that could factor in. regardless delicious dish!
