I just made the first one for dinner and I don't like it because there're some bitterness that I think it came from green onion puree?

I tried the 1st 2 recipes and they were soooo good!!! Absolutely delish <3
One thing tho, is there anyway to substitute that 1/4 cup of oil in the 1st recipe so that it's not so fatty?

what is wrong with this world….?
Why wouldn't you touch the chicken? this is why so many Americans have a freaky relationship with food.
Put your hand in and do it the right way!!!

The Jerk recipe was pretty good but it would be better if you put the original Scotch Bonnet Pepper in it, and add a little orange juice for the citrus punch. Bake them a little longer until they are nice and dark. Jerk anything is not supposed to be "golden brown."

I will definitely will try these recipes,I Love chicken wings.I made some last week where you  mix flour and baking powder together and toss the wings in it and place on a sheet and refrigerate for 2 hrs to dry out and then bake for 35 mins. They were really good, but needed some flavor. Next time I will put some pepper and garlic and onion powder in there.
