10 Minute Microwave Chocolate Fudge Cake is a super fast, easy to make dessert. A moist chocolate cake smothered with a delectable chocolate sauce. Takes about 10 minutes total to make – give it a go!

CAKE:

1 Cup of Caster Sugar (Super Fine White Sugar)
2 Cups of Self Raising Flour
1/4 Cup of Cocoa Powder
2 Eggs
3/4 Cup of Milk
125g of Butter (melted)

SAUCE:

180g of Dark Chocolate
1/3 Cup of Whipping Cream

    Method
    1. Sugar, sifted flour & cocoa & mix
    2. Add 2 eggs, milk & melted butter & mix
    3. Pour batter into greased microwave safe container
    4. Microwave, 75% medium high power 6-7 mins until firm to the touch
    5. Oven method: bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C / 350 degrees F for about 20-25 minutes or until the cake is cooked all the way through
    6. Allow to rest. Turn out when cool

    7. For the sauce, chocolate and cream into a jug. 
    8. Microwave for 2 mins, stirring every 30secs – until nice smooth chocolate sauce
    9.Pour sauce over cake and allow to cool.
    10. Enjoy!

    This is so simple, and so versatile! I woukd like to make a chocolate and straweberry one. A chocolate cake but with strawberries in the cake and strawberry sauce. :)

    This recipe looks lovely, but the problem is my Microwave does not come with the medium, low, high heat settings, it has a bunch of cooking options and re-heating options and of course defrosting options. The best I can estimate is that the poultry and meat cooking setting might be high heat, reheating might be medium and melting butter and defrosting might be the low heat setting? Is there any way anyone can help me with estimating?
