Yellow Mandarin Cake Dessert
Food Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix 4 eggs 1/2 cup oil 1 can mandarin oranges, plus liquid 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 15 ounces crushed pineapple plus juice 8 ounces frozen whipped topping
Recipe preparation:
1 Beat together the yellow cake mix, eggs, oil, and mandarin oranges with liquid until mixed. Bake in a 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool. 2 Fold the pudding mix and pineapple with juice into the Cool Whip. Spread on top of cooled cake and refrigerate.
