Hello, this is the Food Police… and just what in the hell do you think
you’re doing?
Probably one of the more instructional videos because it shows every step
in prep, short of actually shooting the bird. I would enjoy seeing more of
these “from field to table” kind of vids.
Oh and having a good goose or duck makes it soooo hard to go back to
chicken breast. So much flavor
Wow, are they seriously a pest? So anyone can just kill and eat them? Seems
amazingly good quality for it to be so easy.
Wild Goose breast is prepared and grilled at the Pit. And it’s real easy to
do as shown by the BBQ Pit Boys.
Well the Pit Boys reached another level in my opinion, fresh kill from
start to finish, awesome video guys keep doing more of these fresh kills!
I’ll eat all eadable parts of the body not just the breast, I know a very
fine recipe that includes liver heart kidneys and all eadable guts, I’ll
even make me a nice bouillon from the bones neck and head

I’m really unfamiliar with Canadian Geese but eating just the breast seems
unbelievable. Looks like a lot of waste. How much different it is from the
regular goose since nothing else is eatable?

May I suggest that you not call a Canada Goose a Canadian goose. To us of
Canadian background there is a distinction.
That probably tastes good but I couldn’t eat it. When I think of Canadian
geese, I think of all the shit the make and it stuck in my shoes.
