Whole Wheat Blueberry Brownies
Food Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 large egg 1/2 cup low fat sour cream 1/2 cup almond milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup blueberries
Recipe preparation:
1 Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet ingredients in another bowl except berries. 2 Heat the oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan with cooking spray. 3 Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth, then fold in berries. Pour into baking dish and bake for 20 β 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center came out clean.
