What I Eat in a Day (healthy slimming recipe ideas!)

Alrighty guys, so you asked me to show you what I ate in a day so I chose a random day and recorded everything I ate! This is a pretty typical food day for me given that it’s summer so there’s lots of fresh veggies and salads. My meals will generally change throughout the seasons but it’s usually high protein and low carb. I will have a YOLO meal or a cheat meal once a week if I need it! Also, if you wanna see what I eat every single day, add me on snapchat “blogilates” and you will see the real deal.

Hope you liked this video! Let me know what else you want to see!

I definitely love the Quest Bar cookie idea! (^_^). I love it so much and I want to thank you because it has helped me lose weight. :D. It's so much tastier than a big cookie of the same caloric value and it feels like I eat a bunch of cookies. I really want to thank you for that idea.

She's healthier than 70% of America but honestly it could still be better. We all need to go closer and stricter to fruits and vegatbles if we want to be totally healthy. I'm happy for her that she's healthy but I think there a few things here and there that might not be the best decision for down the road like how she eats dressings, seafood which is known to have health draw backs like how mercury levels in California alone in fish are higher than what the federal government deems safe and legal, her eating humus and protein powder. The fact that she focuses on being low carb even tho carbs isn't what makes you fat it's steering far from fruit and veg. Duran and freelee eat so much Godamn fruit but are they fat no because not only are they workout nuts the fact that fruit sugar calories and carbs are harmless compared to the OD amounts in the American diet.

I will definitely be trying the Quest Bar cookies. I always and I mean always struggle at night. I stay up late and I start craving sweets and carbs, so to avoid a binge I drink carbonated water, and have some kind of snack like a protein or granola. Better that than binging on a whole package of Oreos or bread. Anyway those quest cookies are gold. Great alternative, woohoo.

for the people talking about her caloric intake she is not a 6'ft woman I think that says it all if you are about her height you are probably more than fine with that caloric intake and if you have anxiety over food intake then you have to try and see what are you trying to fill… is it really your stomach? for me more often than not i'm bored, stressed, sad and I wanna eat every second when I feel like that. Having a healthier lifestyle of setting a goal for yourself what ever it is is great for keeping you away for overeating!

I notice a lot of youtube dietitians eat so many bananas in one day. I've stumbled upon at least 3 youtubers who blend like 8 bananas into a drink and then have a banana sandwhich after. I love bananas so much but i've been told that having more than 1 or two bananas in a day is bad as it contains potassium. Can too much potassium give you bad symptoms? (I must sound so ignorant lol but i want to eat a lot of bananas..so welp)
