Most of the fried egg san recipes on You Tube are total SHIT. Strictly amateur hour. But this is the only one that I'm going to try. It looks fantastic.
UPDATE: Just tried the recipe by the numbers and it was incredible. The only thing I didn't do was use my oven to cook the bacon. Sure, it may lay flatter, but it will never achieve that crispy goodness that only frying can give. Goes to show, no matter what an "expert" may tell you, they aren't always right ("frying ONIONS smell better than BACON frying"?? Even vegetarians would disagree).
Off subject but honestly, our government is NOT there to protect us. They're killing us and were slaves. lol but true.
Oven bake bread at 375 for a few minutes, checking it to make sure it doesn't burn but brown & bingo, oven toast the best! I haven't used a toater for 3 years now since I started this. Enjoy!
