INGREDIENTS:

1 large pineapple
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 pound boneless chicken breast
¾ cup soy sauce
¼ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup honey
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 tablespoon of fresh chopped ginger
3 tablespoons sesame seeds ( you could get by with 1-2 tablespoons)
1 cup cooked white rice, or as much as you’d like
