Strawberry Balsamic Sorbet

Food Ingredients:
1 pound hulled and quartered strawberries, fresh or frozen 2/3 cup sugar 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Recipe preparation:
1 Wash, hull and quarter strawberries into a bowl. 2 Add sugar and balsamic vinegar. 3 Mix until sugar begins to dissolve into strawberries. 4 Let stand, covered, for 30 minutes. 5 Puree mixture in food processor until smooth 6 Strain strawberry mixture through a fine mesh strainer, if desired. 7 Pour into bowl, cover and freeze. 8 Stir mixture every 30 minutes or so for the first two hours. 9 Freeze for 4-6 hours total, serve and enjoy.
