My Indian grocery store doesn’t carry fresh vegetables like surti papdi
and yam which are heart of Undiyu. I like to use fresh vegetables for this
dish to get best results. If I could get my hands on the ingredients will
certainly post it for you specially 🙂
Farook good to know that I brought back your childhood memories with this
yummy snack! You might have added extra water while soaking the sabudana,
anyways will make sabudana khichdi soon
