The dough turned out really sticky so I had to add more flour. Also, I managed to make only six rolls from it. I wonder if I made any mistake when preparing the dough.

these look like Mallorcas, a breakfast roll made in Puerto Rico; the best way to eat them is slice them in half, put a little butter in and put them on a grill for just a few minutes, yum!
Yahoooo!! I'm from Spain too and loooove enseimadas. Fun fact: here in Spain when we talk about princess Leia's buns, we say she has enseimadas on her ears XD.
Here in the Philippines, it's usually served with a margarine on top and sprinkled with shredded cheese… YUMMY!
